Henri de Bodinat. President

Henri de Bodinat has held top management positions in companies from the Media /Entertainment industry, notably as managing director of Saatchi & Saatchi (advertising agency), managing director of Actuel magazine, CEO of Sony Music and later executive vice president of Sony Software Europe (video games, movies, music). He was also managing director of the Club Méditerranée.
Henri de Bodinat also undertook a number of entrepreneurial ventures in a private capacity. In additional to cofounding Actuel magazine, he created local and national radios (Chérie FM), thematic TV channels (MCM Euromusique) and music labels (Cantos Digital). Lately, Henri de Bodinat has spent four year as senior vice president with Arthur D. Little, where he headed strategic missions for telecommunications, media and internet firms.
Henri de Bodinat graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Doctorate from Harvard Business School.
Jean-Luc Cyrot. Partner

Jean-Luc Cyrot started his career his career with Renault in charge of purchasing for automotive electronics and telematics, before joining the strategy consulting firm Arthur D. Little in 1996. He became head of the Mobile Expert Circle, which gathers international experts of the mobile industry and head of the annual AD Little /Exane BNP Paribas report on the future of Telecom /Media in Europe. In 2006, he was elected partner, head of the Telecom, Media & Technology practice of the Paris office.
During the 12 years he spent at Arthur D. Little, Jean-Luc Cyrot led a number of projects for internet and telecommunications companies (operators and vendors), as well as for investment funds and investment banks in France and in Europe. He co-founded Come4News, a participative news website, of which he remains administrator, and teaches marketing and strategy at Paris Tech on a regular basis.
Jean-Luc Cyrot graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA ParisTech).
Jean-Stéphane Bonneton. Partner

Jean-Stéphane Bonneton started his career within France Télécom, where he was in charge of the international deployment of IP and ATM infrastructure networks, as well as of customized video solutions by satellite and VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal ). He was later head of strategy and IP services business development at Global One.
In 1999, he joined the pan-European investment fund Iris Capital (formerly Part’Com) as Investment Director, and was named Partner in 2003. As part of his responsibilities, Jean-Stéphane Bonneton has had the opportunity to monitor a number of investments in the Telecommunications and Information Technologies industry. He notably supported several companies operating in these sectors as an active board member.
Jean-Stéphane Bonneton graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech. He also holds a Masters Degree in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology .
