Created in 1999, CÇM is the french leader and one of the world leading question/answer websites in the sector of IT, Law/Finance and Health.
The investment of TIME in CÇM contributed to finance its buy-out of Benchmark Group, the leading independent internet media website in France and to the emergence of a leading European independent internet media website with an innovating and performing model.
Established in 2000, Oodrive group, software publisher and pioneer in SaaS in France has been developing ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions to the security and online-file management. Today Oodrive is employing 140 people in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Asia (Singapore), including 40% in R&D, and its solutions are used by 9,000 firms and more than one million people in 90 countries across the world.
Founded in 2005, chaired by François Thiellet, THEMA is a leader in the distribution of vertical pay TV channels to IPTV, Cable and Satellite in France and abroad, with over 60 channels in its portfolio. Since 2008, THEMA has successfully developed a second activity which consists in the packaging of ethnic channels for populations away from their home region but still attached to it, including "the African pack", which offers 18 African channels and has already attracted over 115,000 subscribers in France in 2011.
Mobile Network Group (MNG) was established in 2011 by build-up with an "industrial" rationale to meet the growing needs of publishers, advertisers, brands and large media agencies to have a one stop shop in the mobile marketing world. The offer of MNG covers most segments of the advertising and mobile marketing.
